Email Consultation

For non urgent medical advise you can email our doctors at emailconsult@jdoc365.co.uk and you will receive an email reply within 24 hours. This service is only available on weekdays, so should you send an email to this address on the weekend you will only receive a reply the following week.

We must advise you that all email consultations are at the doctor's discretion since there are situations when the doctor will need to see the patient in order to offer an accurate diagnosis.
