We reserve the right to provide an alternative provider when a JDoc doctor is not available. This may become a problem at peak times and during holidays. Please be aware that JDoc is not affliated in anyway with other providers and does not take any responsibility for their fees, actions or advice given.

Payment procedure:
Payment for all services provided by JDoc are required to be settled prior to or at the time of the consultation and this includes telephone consultations.
We reserve the right to request bank card details when an appointment is booked and please note that we cannot accept certain credit cards such as American Express and a 1% surcharge may be applied for payment made by other credit cards.
For telephone consultations or home visits card details are required at the time of booking. Payment will be processed after the appointment has taken place and the card details will then be shredded. If you wish to pay for your home visit with a cheque or cash you can do so directly with the doctor but card details are still required to be taken prior to the visit.
Invoices will only be sent if approved by the Doctor On Call and there will be a £5.00 administration fee for this service.
Cancellation charges:
Advanced booking - at least 24 hour cancellation required
Same day booking - cancellation 2 hours prior to appointment required
Failure to cancel your appointment in the time frame listed or failure to arrive at your appointment will incur a £40.00 cancellation/no show fee.
Full Terms and Conditions of use:
1. Consultation Passes are redeemable only if the patient is unable to make an appointment with an NHS General Practitioner.
2. Consultation Pass must be exchanged for medical services at JDoc Reception in the designated surgery at the time of the pre-arranged appointment.
3. The patient will call the telephone number on the Consultation Pass to make an appointment and must arrive in good time prior to the appointment.
4. The Consultation Pass must be produced in order to be entitled to free care.
5. Appointments will be for a maximum of 15 minutes and can only deal with a single condition for the designated patient.
6. Further conditions or patients will require a separate appointment and separate Consultation Pass.
7. Consultation Passes cannot be redeemed for cash nor can they form an instrument to barter for other goods, services or any benefit in kind.
8. These Consultation Passes are strictly for JDoc Medical GP led services only at the designated surgery address.
9. Consultation Pass is not applicable or transferable to home visits.
10. These Consultation Passes do not replace true A&E emergency services as defined above.
11. All medication required will be issued at no charge if the patient is entitled to this benefit under NHS guidance.
12. Free dispensing of medication is subject to stock and medication availability.
13. Free medication is limited to generic choices generally made available but is subject to the Doctors' clinical discretion.
14. Medication may be dispensed as a starter pack allowing time for the balance of medication to be obtained from an NHS practitioner. Patients have the right to purchase more expensive options either from the clinic or local pharmacy in discussion with the doctor. Clinical needs will define the choice of medication prescribed at all times.
15. Consultation Pass can only be used before the expiry date shown on the pass.
16. Formal photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license etc) may be requested and we encourage you to bring your photo ID to your appointment.
17. Treatment and services are for true GP emergencies and do not cover ongoing long standing chronic conditions.
18. This service is not compatible for use with severe psychiatric type emergencies.
19. This service cannot be utilized for repeat prescriptions.
20. This service does not provide NHS prescriptions as this is an Independent organisation operating outside the NHS.
21. Children's appointments are for the designated child only and we would encourage that you only bring in children who have an appointment.
22. We advise that as this is a hospital environment, we would request that you respect the dignity and the cleanliness of the premises at all times.
23. We operate a zero abuse policy and we have the right to ask you to leave if the service is not respected as per the terms and conditions.
