From common illnesses to chronic conditions, childhood immunizations to senior care, routine checkups to injuries and urgent care we are fully equipped to meet your medical needs.
Get your annual Health Screen at JDoc365
The health screen is an hour and 15 minute appointment with a full systematic inquiry into past medical history and current concerns.
A full physical examination including intimate concerns – gynaecology, testicular and prostate examination as appropriate based on personal preference. A resting ECG is included. Pricing (excluding blood tests) starts at £215 for members and £350 for non members. Blood tests are at an additional cost ranging from £140 according to your personal risk profile. Additional blood tests are added with prices agreed at the appointment.

We offer a health screen service which is a 75 minute appointment with a full systematic inquiry into past medical history and current concerns.
We offer management of your asthma. We have in our diagnostic ability the use of a FeNO machine which enables us to accurately assess and diagnose asthma for the majority of people.
We offer a range of specialist onward referral options for those in need of further care. These can be inhouse within the Wellington or to a consultant of your choice.
We are proficient in the care of paediatrics, with all doctors having paediatric training. If further treatment is required we have the ability to refer to a paediatrician where care is beyond our services.
We offer a range of vaccinations covering travel and annual flu vaccines. We are able to assist you if you contact us with further details.
We can arrange for nursing care to be administered in your home. If it requires a doctor to facilitate we may need to be involved in the initial care of the patient too.
We have the ability, under unique circumstances, to provide intravenous antibiotic therapy. This is usually undertaken in-house but may also happen in your own home through our nursing agents.

Taking proactive steps to know your health can be life-saving and may save you on medical costs in the long run. Prevention is better than any cure and this is why we recommend a health and well-being check to help detect, and where possible avert the onset of disease before it becomes established.
At your health and wellbeing check, we take a holistic approach. Our doctors will perform a thorough investigation and analysis of your health taking into consideration your lifestyle, genetic background and mental & physical wellness, to ensure the appropriate screenings, tests, lifestyle adjustments and preventative treatments are prescribed.
If you are over 45 or have a family history of high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, heart problems or are feeling run down or overly stressed, an annual wellbeing check is the perfect opportunity to take control of your health.
Asthma Treatment
JDoc365 has a dedicated asthma clinic and using unique protocols developed by Dr Abelman we can help you to manage and control your asthma.
Asthma assessments are performed using state of the art Feno testers. Our doctors will institute a treatment action plan tailored to your needs.
Asthma is a chronic and recurring condition often responsive to certain triggers. Our specialist team will work with you to identify your triggers, and help you to manage flair ups.
Specialist referrals
At JDoc365 your health and wellbeing are at the centre of everything we do and sometimes this means having to make a referral to a consultant for a specialist opinion.
To ensure you receive the right care from the best possible consultation for your situation we don’t just refer to any specialist. The referrals we make are to trusted and recommended consultants who are best suited to you and your situation.
Paediatric Care
JDoc365 provides medical care for the whole family. Our rooms are quiet and calm with a dedicated play area to put little ones at ease.
From babies to toddlers, children to adolescents JDoc365 has your routine and urgent care covered and if a specialist is required we will help to search for a consultant with the relevant ability in the area of concern.
Childhood Vaccinations
Please submit your requests for vaccinations.
We look at each request individually and ask you submit your vaccine requests in writing.

Vaccinations
At JDoc365 we provide a wide range of vaccinations including travel, childhood immunizations, and flu. Vaccinations often need to be administered at least eight weeks before you are due to travel and some vaccinations involve multiple doses spread over several weeks. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointment. If you are travelling abroad, JDoc365 provides both a travel advice and vaccination service.
If you are unsure if you require vaccinations, consulting with a JDoc365 GP will help you understand which diseases may be a risk where you are going and whether, if any, vaccinations are required.
JDoc365 offers vaccinations for encephalitis, rabies, tuberculosis, diphtheria, polio and tetanus combined, along with typhoid, hepatitis A and cholera.
FLU VACCINATIONS
Flu vaccinations are normally available from October onwards and are highly recommended especially for those over 65, pregnant women, and anyone with a serious long-term health condition.
We offer up to date seasonal flu vaccines for over and under 65 year olds as well as paediatric nasal vaccines. We always seek vaccines which are thought to cause less side affects (non egg based / vegan options where available)

OPAT
Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) is a service provided by our mobile medical team and allows intravenous antibiotics to be administered in the comfort of your own home.
Rather than having to stay in hospital for the treatment. It can be used to treat many infections including cellulitis, bone and joint infections and infective endocarditis.
A doctor will first assess to confirm that the medical and social circumstances are appropriate to perform OPAT. Assuming they are, a programme of antibiotics can then be administered at the patient's home by a JDoc365 medical professional.
Additional Services
In addition to preventative and minor healthcare matters, JDoc365 also provides treatment for more serious conditions, the management of certain medical emergencies and chronic conditions where long term care may be required. These include:
Diagnostic Imaging and Scanning
Our surgeries are equipped with onsite X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI scanning facilities to allow fast-track turnaround for diagnosis.
Ear Wax removal (adults only)
Excess wax in your ears can cause pain, dizziness, tinnitus and hearing loss. JDoc365 provides ear syringing to safely and painlessly remove the ear wax. Please make sure to use adequate ear drops before booking to have irrigation services undertaken.
Phlebotomy Services
We are equipped to conduct blood tests in-house to aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of medical conditions. Results are available quickly, enabling the doctor to identify the best course of action without unnecessary delay.
Mens Services
We are equipped to do Well Man Screening with particular emphasis on prostate, testicular lumps, breast lumps and sexual dysfunction. We also offer sexual health screening with same sex doctors.
Minor Surgeries
JDoc365 is pleased to offer a range of minor surgical procedures which covers the removal of lumps & bumps and non cancerous skin lesions. With competitive prices 20% less than other services providers. More information can be found here.
Prescribing and Dispensing Medication
Patients can choose to have their medication dispensed directly by the doctor at the time of being seen or at a pharmacy of their choice. (Subject to medication being available. Only emergency medications are kept on site)
Women's Clinic
Our Well Woman Clinic staffed by a female doctor provides treatment and advice on gynaecological matters, family planning, cervical smears, breast concerns and menopause. We also offer sexual health screening with same sex doctors.
24/7 Blood Pressure Monitoring
We offer 24/7 blood pressure monitoring to measure and analyse how changes in your blood pressure correlate with your daily activities and sleep patterns in order to assist with diagnosis.

Dr Abelman is keen to help you with your Diabetes Management. This service is designed to augment personal care and we are happy to liaise with your NHS doctor. He will discuss latest innovations and care options to assist you with your Diabetic control and associated risk factors.
