Dr. Abelman has proudly unveiled a new JDoc365 logo. He established JDoc365 in 2008, but this year felt that the old logo no longer connected with the JDoc365 brand of today. It had outstayed its welcome since it was first used almost a decade ago.
JDoc365 has always tried to stay relevant and up-to-date. Covid-19 changed everything though, and we had to adapt quickly. We had to review what we did, how we did it and even who we did it for. Even under those circumstances, we never lost sight of the fact that each JDoc365 patient was unique, and we wanted that to be represented in our new logo.
The new logo was inspired by a strand of Deoxyribonucleic acid - more commonly known as DNA. It's made of two linked strands that wind around each other to resemble a twisted ladder — a shape known as a double helix. Each persons DNA is unique to them, and can help doctors to learn about a persons medical heritage.
The new JDoc365 identity was designed by Mike Goldwater, and all the JDoc365 staff at Roman House in Golders Green were involved in assessing and critiquing the design as it developed. All the brochures, leaflets, emails and digital channels are being updated to reflect the new identity, but as Mike Goldwater explained, this may take some time.
"Our first priority is the website as we can provide so much useful information and interactivity through this key channel. We're building the best website JDoc365 has ever seen, and hope it will become the first point of call for everyone when they need to see a JDoctor, benefit from a medical procedure or minor surgery, require a blood test or cosmetic treatment. It's a big job, and is only the start of making JDoc365 even more accessible, more user-friendly and more effective than ever before."
The new website is due to go live in November. The address will remain the same - www.jdoc365.co.uk - and we welcome feedback when patients start using it as we will be constantly developing, updating and reviewing it.
