Medical Director & GP
Dr Abelman
Dr Abelman founded JDoc365. He qualified in South Africa in 1992 and continued his training in London at University College Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital in Oncology and Haematology.
Dr Abelman has a particular interest in diabetes, asthma and mental health, and moved to General Practice in 2004. He holds membership of the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of General Practitioners, and has a well-earned reputation as an outstanding doctor.

Dr Abramov
Dr Abramov MRCGP, DRCOG, qualified in France and has enjoyed a successful career as a GP since relocating to London.
Part of the JDoc365 team since 2010, Dr Abramov is multilingual. As well as all aspects of General Practice, she has a strong interest in women’s health and gynaecology and leads our Well Women’s Clinic health care initiative. Dr Abramov champions the benefits of preventative medicine, especially for women.

Dr Bhundia
Dr Bhundia MBBS MRCGP PGDipMS qualified at Kings College, London in 2001. A keen sportsman, Dr Bhundia has a particular interest in dermatology and cardiovascular diseases.
With a Diploma in Minor Surgery too, Dr Bhundia undertakes a wide range of clinical procedures, from the removal of lumps, bumps, skin tags and warts to sports injuries and joint injections, and also provides popular cosmetic treatments at JDoc365.
General Practitioner
Dr Sasto
Originally from Johannesburg in South Africa, Dr Sasto relocated to London with her husband in 2019. They now have three young children ranging from four to twelve years old.
Inspired by the fascinating cultural differences between her southern and northern hemisphere experiences, Dr Sasto has become a popular JDoctor with a particular interest in women’s health and mental health.
Health Care Assistant
Leah
Leah is a dedicated BSc student in Health & Social Science, aspiring to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, a respected physician. With a strong foundation in healthcare, Leah became a qualified phlebotomist in 2021. She is passionate about providing holistic care, striving to help patients feel better both physically and emotionally. Leah assists the doctors in various capacities to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Customer Services
Shira
Shira’s been with JDoc365 for over two years, and is studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science with Northampton University. She’s on course to achieve her ultimate goal of helping people to live healthier lifestyles.
A firm believer in putting people and their health first, Shira is proactive and professional, and thoroughly enjoys being part of the JDoc365 team.
Receptionist
Dawn
Dawn is likely to be your first point of contact when visiting JDoc365. She's also responsible for helping patients when they call or email to request an appointment. She always gives her best when helping patients and is very knowledgeable. Dawn also manages to register new patients, prepare schedules for the doctors and order meds and supplies.
Dawn rides to the practice on her motorcycle. She's a self-confessed 'nerd' and a dedicated online gamer, even having built her own computer!
Receptionist
Kylie
Prior to joining JDoc365, Kylie worked at a legal practice. Her experience there made her a perfect fit for JDoc365 when Covid-19 put unprecedented demands on the admin team.
Kylie juggled various jobs to help provide for her young family, and joined JDoc365 in 2020. Kylie credits Dr Abelman’s calm and gentle manner for helping her settle in so quickly, and now really enjoys being part of the Golders Green team.
Health Care Assistant
Nelly
Nelly can be relied upon to take on a project and make sure it’s delivered. A popular member of the JDoc365 team, she often supports the clinical team and may be your first point of contact at the reception desk, meeting and greeting patients as they arrive for their appointments. Nelly also helps out in the office with various admin tasks.
In her leisure time, Nelly is a huge fan of Jack Reader books and cycling.
Finance
Julie
Julie’s background is in the financial sector with KPMG in Canada and Oliver Wyman Management Consulting in New York.
Julie settled in London in 2005, and joined the team in 2020. She manages the business and operational side of JDoc365 in her typically meticulous way. Julie spends much of her time organising the key back-office resources that enable JDoc365 to run so smoothly.
Compliance
Vina
Vina manages our compliance and regulatory obligations as part of GDPR and CQC requirements. With a background in compliance, Vina joined JDoc365 in 2021.
Vina has supported JDoc365 through a successful CQC inspection and ensures clear and accurate information is communicated to our patients and staff. This is key to making JDoc365 accessible to all by helping them to understand all aspects of their treatment, membership and billing.
Marketing
Mike
Mike has run his own award-winning marketing consultancy for 15 years and originally managed JDoc365 marketing from 2011 to 2018. He returned in the summer of 2024 at the invitation of Dr Abelman.
Delighted to be involved once again, Mike is now working to ensure patients receive clear, concise and timely information through multiple channels. This website in particular is getting the treatment!
