JDoc365 was established in 2008 to meet the growing needs of General Practice in the North West London community. Our model is to embed Primary Care in a hospital or medical centre so that onward referral through self-pay or health insurance can be provided under one roof. We are therefore based in the Wellington Diagnostics Centre at 296 Golders Green Road. Since opening, we have grown tremendously.
JDoc365 continues to aspire to first world quality measures and continues to receive extremely high satisfaction surveys from our patients. We are innovative and create opportunities for care that extend beyond the usual Primary Care settings. We are not there just for coughs and colds. We currently manage up to 10,000 patients per year.
Patient feedback enables us to adapt quickly to shifting landscapes. Whether it is building a new Covid center during the pandemic or simply adding on an additional emergency clinic, we are there. We adapt to change and innovate with the latest developments in medical care available to the primary care sector which makes us a highly sought after destination for medical opinion.

So why do people choose JDoc365? Some of the reasons:
We set a high bar in standards-your appointment does not end when you leave the room. We provide contact points for advice and follow up to avoid costing you more for unnecessary further visits. The rash that just won’t go away-we start treatment and monitor with images to our helpful team and give you same day feedback, so that you feel held and supported.
We open up more clinics when our service is full so that everyone has a chance to be seen on the day.
We offer a unique online blood taking service called Xpress Bloods - this enables you to book extremely low priced blood tests from £25 including phlebotomy. Results follow quickly to your preferred doctor. This is very useful where, for example, you are self-pay with a specialist but want to keep your non-consultation prices very low.
We liaise with your NHS surgery and keep them informed based on your preferences-we do not place problems back in the NHS until we have sorted them out to a high standard and your problem is managed correctly.
We have an extremely good minor surgery service that is run by highly trained staff. Whether it is excision of troublesome lesions, freezing therapy or cryotherapy, we can manage it all. We even now do Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections for joint pain. Many patients now chose self-pay care to avoid rising costs, through excessive claims, on their insurance policies.
We have developed an aesthetics treatment with PRP and this is very popular in managing skin and hair regeneration. Our pricing is extremely competitive and this makes us much more desirable than going into the West End for comparable services.
We have a fantastic well-woman service with the provision of advice from a GP with special interest in gynecology. We fit coils and provide advice regarding symptoms that include painful periods and excessive bleeding as well as menopause.
We offer bespoke services. For example, patients who may need specific care requirement for example catheterization regularly, are accommodated.
If you need a scan or an Xray, we are able to provide this inhouse and often on the same day. This means after you have been seen, the doctor can go and look at the results, discuss the case with an expert radiologist, and give you feedback without needing another appointment.
Our members have free mini health checks with medication reviews, an ECG annually lead by our well-trained health care assistants. If there is a problem, it can be escalated without you having to wait for symptoms to develop.
We have an interest in complex medical problems and particularly patients for whom a diagnosis has been elusive. We have excellent reach into the independent sector and are able to expedite urgent appointments with private consultants. Because the referral is by a qualified GP, it is accepted by your insurance.
Our unique membership program means that a child under 16 can see a private doctor for as low as £45 during the week.
Â
One might believe that the private sector is where you go when you cannot get an NHS appointment. But this is not true of JDoc365. We are the first port of call for our patients as many do not seek NHS care at all, choosing rather to go where they prefer. This is due to the trust and relationships that have been built up over many years by consistently and repeatedly delivering on our patient’s health needs every working day of the year including Bank Holidays and Sunday.
