GP Home Visits & Chronic Care

We understand that, for one reason or another, there will be occasions when you need to see a JDoctor but can't get to the JDoc365 clinic. When that happens, you can book a home visit and we will arrange for a JDoctor to visit you at home.

Similarly, if you are receiving chronic care at home and can't come to the clinic due to immobility, disability or any other authorised reason, we'll come to you when you need us.

Home visit rate applies to specified areas only; NW2, NW4, NW7, NW11, N2, N3, N12. To request a Home Visit outside of these areas, please contact Reception.
