Telephone Consultations

We understand that there may be times when you are not able to attend an appointment in person due to incapacity or disability. In these cases our doctors will do their best to address your concerns during a telephone consultation. However, sometimes the doctor may need to see you in person before an accurate diagnosis can be made. We will work with you to arrange the best method of doing thisand where appropriate home visits may be required.

Where a telephone consultation leads directly to an in-person consultation, we will deduct the telephone consultation fee from the cost of any subsequent appointment or home visit.

NOTE: Any advice given during a telephone consultation by any of our staff may be charged at their discretion.
