Frequently Asked Questions

What does the process involve?

The treatment which is made up of 3 steps will take approximately 1 hour. The first step involves drawing of the patient’s blood. This is just like a normal blood test. The blood is then separated using centrifuge which spins down the blood to separate the plasma into platelet rich plasma (PRP). Lastly the platelet rich plasma (PRP) is injected back into body area.

How many treatments will I need?

In most cases (apart for joint injection) patients need 3 to 6 treatments. We reccomend at least 6 treatments one month apart for hair thinning and at least 3 treatments one month apart for skin rejuvenation. The details will be discussed further in your appointment.
